During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you and understanding your unique needs and goals. I will review your history, current concerns, and any symptoms you may be experiencing to help form a clear diagnostic picture. I provide both diagnostic evaluation and talk therapy in a supportive and confidential environment. Sessions may include discussion of your emotional experiences, coping strategies, and practical ways to improve daily functioning. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify strengths, and develop steps toward healing and balance.
