What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach, incorporating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I’m committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered, and I’m passionate about promoting mental wellness while helping reduce the stigma around seeking care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
