What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. Therapy, to me, should be a safe space where you feel heard without judgment and empowered to explore your experiences, which is why I bring a compassionate and collaborative style to our work. I’m passionate about helping you build self-awareness and recognize your strengths so you can make meaningful changes and improve your overall well-being. Here, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I draw on person-centered techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. Because each person’s needs, experiences, and goals are unique, I tailor my care with an empathetic style. Therapy is a journey we navigate together, at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My path toward becoming a therapist has been shaped by my experience working in behavioral health and supporting individuals through challenging moments in their lives. Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to care that recognizes everyone’s unique story and strengths. I bring empathy, curiosity, and an open mind to each session, with the goal of creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. Above all, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and create meaningful change in their lives.
