I am extremely grateful for her holistic approach, authenticity, and the space she holds for me. Some days I don't know what I want to dive into and discuss and she recognizes that; guiding me through the hour knowing I may not have the headspace to ask questions, just answer them. Sometimes going into a session feeling a bit aimless can be daunting for me, but even those are some of the most insightful. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. There is so much value, understanding, and growth in developing a healthy relationship with yourself. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. I am the type of therapist you want to reach out to if you are struggling with perfectionism or low self-esteem, situations that make you feel anxious, depressed, and easily overwhelmed, or that feeling of being completely burned out and in need of self-care. Whether you are looking to enhance and strengthen your skillset or seeking a listening ear to unwind and receive support, I am here to help you. Together, we will explore, identify, and discover what works and what does not. We will figure out the best way to get you the quality of life you want and need. Whether you are ready to take action or contemplating where to start, feel free to reach out so we can connect and see if I would be a good match for what you are looking for.

I help my clients get the results they are looking for. Whether that’s a listening ear, support and understanding, learning strategies to manage life challenges, and/or creating an action plan to reach specific goals, I’m here to help you explore better ways in which to live your life. My goal and hope is that you are able to take away a skill or newfound insight by the end of each session to implement moving forward.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
