Utilizing a holistic approach, I teach my clients how to reduce their chronic stress reactivity and build resilience to life's perpetual stressors. I often draw on mindfulness therapy techniques, in addition, techniques such as EMDR to help the autonomic nervous system detect safety and regulate emotions effectively. I am fluent in Farsi and Azeri/Turkish language and consider myself to be a multicultural provider.
