What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. As a first-generation college graduate and Jamaican American, I understand the complex layers of identity, culture, and resilience that shape our lived experiences. I bring this awareness into my work, creating a space where clients feel seen and respected. I earned my degree from the University of Southern California, and I blend evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative approach to help you build clarity, confidence, self-trust and meaningful change. What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect a calm, supportive first session focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals.
