Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I want to honor you for choosing to begin this journey. Sometimes life’s challenges—whether anxiety, depression, past wounds, or daily stress can feel too heavy to carry alone. My approach In this faith-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program, my heart is to walk with you through those struggles, helping you renew your mind, strengthen your spirit, and rediscover the hope and purpose God has placed within you. Together, we’ll combine practical tools with biblical truth to break free from old patterns and move forward into healing, wholeness, and joy. My focus I believe everyone has been created by God with purpose, strength, and the capacity to heal. Yet, life’s challenges—whether through transitions, anxiety, depression, broken relationships, or stress—can sometimes cloud that truth and leave us feeling stuck. My calling is to walk alongside with compassion and biblical wisdom, integrating the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with faith in Christ. Together, we will renew the mind, restore hope, and build the confidence to step fully into the abundant life God has designed for you. My communication style I strive to communicate with grace, empathy, and clarity. I believe every person deserves to be truly heard, so I listen attentively not only to your words, but also to the emotions and experiences beneath them. My tone is warm, supportive, and encouraging, creating a safe space where you can share openly without fear of judgment. My journey to mental healthcare I initially entered the counseling field out of a deep commitment to serve those who face unique challenges. My passion was to support men and women who serve in the military, helping them navigate the stresses, transitions, and emotional demands of their service. I was drawn to work with children in foster care, providing guidance, stability, and encouragement during critical periods of growth and change.
