What should a new client know about working with you?

Once clients find their way to my practice they want to stay. I have created a safe, relaxing, comfortable space for people to explore what has been, what is known and familiar and to navigate toward what is possible. This is an inclusive, affirmative and celebratory space for all. Whatever the issue, therapy is a gift to yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is spent getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. The next 2 or 3 sessions are to get to know what may be helpful in moving you toward your goals. Sessions 4-20 are action oriented helping you take steps toward your goals. Sessions 21-24 are typically spent consolodating and reflecting on your gains in therapy and determining next steps.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $225 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $180-225 for 55 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
