Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, using a trauma-informed and EMDR-based approach to support lasting change. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and begin your journey toward healing and growth. My approach My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I often use EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences, alongside cognitive and holistic strategies that build resilience and coping skills. Together, we’ll focus on your goals, track progress, and adapt our work so that therapy feels supportive, empowering, and effective. My focus Do you feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or depression? I focus on working with adults who want to break free from cycles that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from the past, or seeking better coping strategies, I’ll help you build a path forward that feels safe, supportive, and achievable. My communication style I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. I listen with care, reflect back what I hear, and provide feedback that is both validating and constructive. My goal is to meet you where you are while empowering you with insight and tools that support progress. You can expect collaboration, encouragement, and respect in every session. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to this field because I’ve always believed that people are capable of incredible growth, even in the face of pain. Early in my career, I worked with clients carrying heavy stories of trauma, and I saw how therapy could create real transformation. Since then, I’ve trained in EMDR and deepened my trauma-informed practice. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients reclaim their strength and begin to thrive again.
