Thank you for taking the first step. I hope to make this experience as easy for you as possible. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I can provide personalized therapy for individuals and couples. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is non-judgmental, safe and foster growth within my clients. I have extensive experience in working with depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationship counseling. I incorporate aspects of talk therapy, CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing to offer clients a new perspective on seeing themselves. Saturday appointments available . Telehealth appointments only. I believe in helping my clients find strength within and to find their own version of happiness. I am excited to be a co-pilot on this experience with you.
