I tailor my treatment approach from an individual perspective, integrating techniques and approaches in therapy. I am a certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Certified Clinical Traumatologist. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I speak regularly at several schools within the South Bay to bring attention to the importance of mental health services in the community. I am also a Parent Project Facilitator. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have six beautiful daughters. I love writing poetry, hiking, and spending time with my family.
