I’m available to face the challenges of change with you and together we can meet fear, worry, and uneasiness, so you can live life to your fullest. Facing any type of change requires taking big risks.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prefer all clients start with talking to our intake team to determine if we are a good fit. Then, if you'd like, we can discuss a pithy intake call together to see if we are a good fit as well.

The standard rate is $175 for the session. I do not bill insurance, nor do I secondary bill for insurance. You are responsible for paying at time of session. Payments are sent through our secure payment portal. A credit card is required to be on file. You load the information into our portal, and we do not have access to this info. Sessions are billed automatically at the end of the session. Cancellation is required w/in 24hrs to not be charged.
