Hi! I'm Sharonda, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Growing up in Chicago, I regularly witnessed individuals facing mental health difficulties, addiction issues, trauma, and violence. Many of them lacked guidance on how to heal or access helpful resources and support. Because of that, I set my goal to be a valuable resource and advocate for anyone who may need guidance or support through their struggles. I have approximately 9 years of experience working in various mental health settings, including a substance abuse rehabilitation center, outpatient therapy facilities, a juvenile detention center, with DCFS-involved youth, Juvenile Trauma programs, and Community Violence Intervention programs.
