Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I received my Masters from the Montclair State University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help young adults struggling with anxiety, parenthood, postpartum, and life stressors by using the Internal Family Systems model of therapy. I have completed my Level 1 training in the IFS model, and love bringing this gentle healing model to clients.
