Psychotherapist

Welcome and congratulations on taking the next step on your journey! I take a person-centered, collaborative approach with each client. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a space to be heard, I'm here for you. My approach My approach to treatment is all about meeting you exactly where you are, with compassion and understanding. I believe therapy is a collaborative and creative journey, and I blend several evidence-based approaches to tailor our work to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors by exploring how your thinking patterns influence your feelings and actions. I also weave in other approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to ensure our sessions feel dynamic and empowering. Together, we'll work to challenge patterns that no longer serve you, build practical tools, and help you move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. My focus I work with individuals across the lifespan suffering with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and major life transitions. I can help you work through trauma, build coping skills, and work on your goals while providing you with an empathetic space to truly feel heard and empower you to heal and grow. My communication style I believe clear, open communication is key to building a solid therapeutic relationship with trust. You can expect me to be open-minded, non-judgmental, and to provide active listening while encouraging you to be vocal about experiences. My journey to mental healthcare I have had a desire to help others since I was a young child, and I always tended to be the one everyone around me came to when they needed help or to simply talk. I made the decision to become a mental health professional as a teenager.
