I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from National University, and I've been practicing therapy for 20 years. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing various challenges. My approach to therapy is humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic, which means that I believe in helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to explore your feelings, thoughts, and goals. I understand that seeking therapy can sometimes be a vulnerable experience, and I want you to know that I'm here to listen without judgment and to help you navigate whatever you're going through. I'm truly dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward positive change, and I look forward to getting to know you better as we work together.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
