My focus I enjoy working with many different types of people, including individuals, couples, and those dealing with parenting, relationship, grief, and trauma. My communication style I have a warm, interactive style that helps people feel comfortable and safe working with me. My journey to mental healthcare I was widowed twice before the age of forty and was a single parent. Experiencing grief so young while raising a child inspired me to help others get through their problems. My goals for you I approach goal setting by asking what you would like to gain in sessions. I encourage identifying specific issues you struggle with and processing the positive outcomes. My first session with you We will spend time getting to know each other, identifying expectations, and gathering information.
