My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist after my family suffered a personal loss. At that time, there were very few BIPOC therapists, and my family struggled due to the lack of appropriate resources. I understand how getting help can improve the quality of one's life. My goals for you I work with clients to set goals at the start of treatment and check in regularly to see how they feel about their progress.
