I have over 20 years working in the medical field including over 15 years in Clinical Work experience. My ideal client is someone who is ready to do the work to have the life that they want: being dedicated to the process, understanding that change is work and not giving up on the goals they set for themselves, no matter how difficult it is and no matter how long it takes. This process is not a walk in the park, and it takes courage and at times a little motivation to acknowledge that something needs to change. So, I commend you for taking a step forward.
