Hi, I’m Shenelle Roebuck, LCSW, and I’m the founder of Kuumba Therapy, LLC. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and empowerment-focused professional who believes that healing is not about becoming someone new, it’s about reconnecting with the person you have always been underneath the pain, expectations, and experiences that may have shaped you. For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationships, and personal growth. At Kuumba Therapy, I focus on helping clients move beyond simply coping and toward living with greater confidence, clarity, purpose, and joy. I help clients recognize their strengths, understand how past experiences may influence their present, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen their self-worth, and create practical strategies for meaningful change.
