I am a Psychologist, Marriage and Family Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Christian Sex Therapist, and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor with over twenty years’ experience in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, theology, counseling, and public policy. I have spent the last several years specializing in healthy sexual function for women and men, focusing on hormones, pleasure and satisfaction, desire and arousal, and sexual attitude. My approach As a solution-focused psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Unlike conventional treatment approaches, which often offer quick fixes, I take a root-cause, data-driven approach. I help women and men uncover what’s really driving their symptoms through intergenerational assessments and education, and specifically targeted wellness strategies.
