I am problem-centered, decidedly eclectic, but effective. My experience enables me to readily identify and clarify troubling issues and help you to see them as well. Once issues are identified, we will work together to develop goals and an effective care plan specific to your situation and circumstances. My focus The vast majority of my private practice involves the delivery of direct clinical services to individuals, couples, children, and families. Most of my clients present with anxiety, depression, marital or family issues. It is not unusual for individuals to also have a history of trauma, conflict, or substance abuse as well. My experience enables me to readily identify and clarify troubling issues and help you to see them as well. Once issues are identified, we will work together to develop goals and an effective care plan specific to your situation and circumstances. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences as well as provide honest feedback as we work together toward achieving your goals.
