Sheryl is an amazing therapist. She helps me to think through all of my jumbled thoughts and experiences and make sense of them. She asks questions for clarification and gives relatable examples that help me think through what I may be feeling and or experiencing. Sheryl is very understanding and empathetic; she listens carefully and makes sure she understands what I am trying to explain. Towards the end of each session, she gives valuable feedback and lessons that I can immediately apply to my everyday life to continue working towards my goals.
