My name is Shundra Burnes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, holding a Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I am committed to helping clients find solutions to challenges with self-esteem, anger, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. I'm passionate about connecting with feelings in order to heal. Some of the treatment modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
