Getting to know Siara Stewart

Hi there, I'm Siara. Do you feel pulled in a million directions? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I am a Christian individual and would love to incorporate principles from the Bible in our sessions as much as you are willing. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming feelings, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Lynchburg. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, you can expect activities that help us to get to know each other and build a closer working relationship. Over the time we will begin to dive deeper into the goals that you determine in our first session. After our goals have been met, we will then begin our termination process and decrease the number of times you are seen.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
