Hello, I am Sierra Gray, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I provide individual online therapy sessions to adults 18 and older. I have over 13 years of experience in the mental health profession and look forward to supporting you in your therapy journey. I have training in various therapy modalities and utilize an eclectic approach to best serve my clients based on what they are bringing into sessions.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I use a collaborative, warm, non-judgmental approach to helping my clients reach their goals. I am proficient in treating the following: Women (pre/post/peri natal care); trauma; addiction; mood disorders; personality disorders; life challenges; parenting issues; attachment and lack of support.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
