Part of that time was spent working in corrections and other state- and government-funded programs. This experience has fueled my passion for helping clients manage grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety using CBT, person-centered techniques, and existential therapy. Most of my experience involves working with a range of mental health issues and diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other addictions. I like to take a collaborative approach when working with my clients because everyone has their own pace at which they feel comfortable working. I have also developed an interest in working with couples and families to help restore balance in family dynamics. I begin by identifying key issues and challenges you may be facing, then help you set reasonable and flexible goals to work toward.
