I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida dedicated to helping clients improve their quality of life and break free from unnecessary pain and suffering. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, family conflicts, codependence, addictions, depression, grief, and attachment trauma. My approach I use Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and EMDR techniques. My focus I work with adults of all ages, assisting with anxiety, panic attacks, family discord, relationship issues, codependence, addictions, depression, unresolved traumas, attachment traumas, and childhood issues. My communication style I validate clients’ experiences and feelings, creating safety, understanding, and compassion for what they have faced. I explain how their nervous system processes information, contributing to negative thoughts and feelings that can be changed to more freeing, positive, and empowering outlooks to help them get emotionally unstuck. I also teach healthy coping skills for better emotional management. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist later in life, previously working as a paralegal. Through my own struggles, therapy, healing, and spiritual growth, I felt guided to help others as a therapist. My goals for you I listen carefully to each client’s history and issues and offer suggestions on how struggles might improve. Therapy is collaborative, and clients agree on the goals they want to work toward. My first session with you Clients learn about my credentials and experience.
