Hi there, I'm Simon! Hello, my name is Simon Puente. I am a licensed clinical social worker in California, with a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. I have been a mental health therapist since 2013 and have helped many people with a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal and relational issues. My approach My training and work experience have been in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy. I also use Rogerian person-centered therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing in my work with clients. My focus I have a history of working with many different diagnoses. However, the majority of my therapy experience has been with people experiencing depression and anxiety. My communication style My goal as a therapist is to assist people in achieving fulfillment and empowerment in their lives.
