In today’s world, it’s easy to keep moving to the next thing without slowing down to check in with yourself. How are you doing? You’re important. I invite you to come sit in this space with me as you walk me through your journey and what you want to work on. My goal in sessions is to help you unravel those thoughts—whatever they may be—in a peaceful and mindful way that benefits you. This is your space: your comfort, your peace, your life.
I offer virtual therapy for children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and more. I’m first responder friendly, with deep respect for the unique stress of the work. I use play-based therapy for Littles and Bigs alike and incorporate American Sign Language to help children express emotions when words aren’t enough.

Sinnamon is such an empathetic and kind presence in my life. I’ve been her client since 2023 and from the beginning she has made me feel like I’m talking to a friend.
