I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, child abuse, gender dysphoria, stress management, and intergenerational trauma. My communication style I create a warm and accepting atmosphere where you can explore freely, without fear of judgment. I utilize active listening and show both empathy and validation though both my words and non-verbal cues. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what’s needed to help you move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
