With more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I help adults from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, identity concerns, life transitions, relationship patterns, and questions of meaning or spirituality. My specialties also include depth psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and identity and spiritual exploration for adults seeking healing, self-understanding, and meaningful personal transformation.

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a longstanding interest in healing, contemplative practice, and understanding the deeper dimensions of the human experience. Over the years, working with people across diverse identities and life circumstances has deepened my commitment to providing care that honors the whole person. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a depth-oriented perspective to each session, creating space for you to explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and discover your own path toward healing and transformation.
