I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and New Jersey with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and parenting concerns, and the lasting impact of parental relationships and secondary trauma. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Strengths-Based Therapy, I help clients gain insight, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life. I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more connected to themselves and their relationships. My goal is to support individuals in creating space for healing, growth, and greater confidence as they move through life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
