Hi, I'm Sophia, a licensed social worker (LSW) and certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC) providing therapy for adolescents and adults in Chicago, IL. I use evidence-based approaches including solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and EMDR, tailored to your goals and pace.
