Starting therapy is a big and brave step, and I’m so glad you’re considering it. I’m here to walk alongside you and help make this journey meaningful and supportive. I work with people going through life changes, dealing with anxiety or depression, or healing from past trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and always centered around what matters most to you. Each session is tailored to fit your unique needs and goals. Whenever you feel ready, I’d love to connect. This is a safe space where you can show up just as you are. My approach I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, giving you practical tools to better manage emotions and behaviors. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offers powerful skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and improving relationships. Depending on your needs, we might also bring in mindfulness practices or discuss how medication fits into your overall care. My approach is always flexible and guided by your goals—your progress is at the heart of our work. Together, we’ll explore challenges and build strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My focus Do anxious thoughts or self-doubt feel like they’re getting in the way? I support my client’s navigating anxiety, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem. Whether you're processing past experiences, learning new coping strategies, or working toward personal goals, we’ll create a path forward together—one that feels empowering, supportive, and tailored to your unique journey. My communication style I value clear, open communication and strive to create a space where you feel truly supported and free from judgment. I’m here to listen with care and curiosity, and to reflect on your experiences alongside you as a compassionate partner. When we’re facing something difficult, you can count on me to stay calm, grounded, and patient as we work through it together.
