“Stacey took time to call me personally as I was searching for a counselor for my son. I chose him because he is a strong Christian and is young enough to relate to my teenage son. My son respects him and he has improved in his mental health since meeting with Stacey. This is huge because in the past my son has left counselor offices in tears vowing never to go back. I highly recommend Stacey as a counselor. We are enjoying the lower price while he is still "under supervision"”

Thank you for taking time to learn more about my story and calling as a counselor. I was born to teenage parents in Texas, did not know my father growing up, and was forced to move often due to my step-father's military obligations. This led me to experience first-hand the consequences of fatherlessness, alcoholism, and fractured familial relationships. After graduating with my bachelors, I worked in the mining industry for a decade, where my journey to professional counseling started off as a client battling addiction, depression, and anxiety. In this journey, I found the ultimate healer in Jesus Christ, and I heard my calling to pursue a ministry of counseling.
My walk with God took me back to my roots to heal old but active emotional wounds that had been fueling my addictions, emotional dysregulation, and sense of meaninglessness.
Thus, my expertise is rooted in empathy and narrative, but also includes addiction, trauma, depression, spirituality, and many other men's issues.
