Hello! I'm Stacey Lynch, an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I’m passionate about helping others succeed in their daily lives and relationships and am honored to be part of my clients' healing journey. My approach I use a psychodynamic approach, providing evidence-based interventions from therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I hold a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). My focus I enjoy working with diverse populations and have experience treating depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD and impulse control disorders, ADHD, neurodivergent individuals, and those with executive functioning deficits. My communication style I approach the therapeutic relationship with authentic caring and compassion and enjoy supporting others. My journey to mental healthcare I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. I truly enjoy helping others and take my work very seriously. It is important to me that clients are able to learn, grow, and feel supported throughout the therapeutic process. I am always excited to help others master the skills needed to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life and overall well-being. My goals for you When setting goals with clients, I prefer to use a client-centered approach that empowers the client to establish realistic goals and develop sustainable outcomes. My first session with you First sessions can be stressful, and I do my best to explain the process so clients know what to expect.
