Stacey Pacouloute, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Welcome, my name is Stacey! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in several states. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Barry University and my Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. I enjoy working with women in transition—whether that’s career, education, relationships, or life adjustments. As a person of color, my goal is to eliminate barriers and stigmas associated with therapy in the BIPOC community. My approach is client-centered, starting where the client is. I work with clients to identify protective factors, strengths, and patterns to begin problem-solving. I typically work with adult women (18 and older) experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, life and work stressors, and adjustment disorders. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental experience for my clients. I am empathetic and solution-oriented. During the first session, clients can share why they are seeking therapy, build rapport, and ask any questions they may have about the process. I have always done well with one-on-one work and find that people open up to me easily. I love to learn new things and understand that the client is the expert of their own life. Together, the client and I develop goals based on presenting issues and the initial assessment.
