My approach
I believe that therapy is a partnership where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I am passionate about helping others cope with the difficulties they face and providing the non-judgmental support everyone deserves.
My focus
I typically work with adult clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, recurrent thoughts of past trauma, and substance use.

My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because I had one myself as a teenager. She helped me calm my anxiety and address my irrational fears. She would say to me, "Be one of the special people," and I wanted to carry on to others the support and comfort that she gave to me.

I can't really rate this provider because my appointment was canceled prior to my appointment because I failed to enter my card information. I clicked the link provided ahead of schedule and there was no where to enter the details. So a missed opportunity here.
I decided to try another provider after more research. So we shall see.
