I have experience working with a diverse range of clients: children, teens, adults, families and groups. She specializes in adjustment issues, trauma, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, gender identity, and relationship struggles. Her therapeutic approach combines, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. Client's who work with me can expect a thorough assessment and intake process followed by collaborative goal setting. We will then take the time and attention necessary to address, discuss, and process all the clients needs and presenting issues fully.
