Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with clients struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sexual or domestic violence. Many of my clients struggle with low self-worth, guilt and shame, always putting others before their needs, and feeling unheard and undervalued. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, providing a collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental space. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most powerful tool for change. Alongside this approach, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. It can be difficult to take that first step and reach out, but each step can bring you closer to reaching your goals and becoming your best self. I feel honored to be part of your healing journey.
