Hi there, I'm Stefania! As a transpersonal psychotherapist, I am here for you-to facilitate the exploration and creation of an intimate space where it is possible to mend your past and present empathic wounds and traumas through a process of ongoing healing, re-integration, self-love, and regeneration. Within the transpersonal psychological framework, depending on my client's unique needs, I combine creative expression and energy therapy with a variety of modalities such as Psychosynthesis, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. Additionally, I am a certified Reiki Master, Energy Therapist, and Soul Collage Facilitator. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and Counseling from Sofia University. My approach My approach to counseling is heart-centered, strength-based, and holistic. My work is based on the belief that only within yourself exists the reality for which you long, and all I can offer is to facilitate the co-creation of a space where you can reconnect with your most authentic Self-renewed from false beliefs, external pressure, and distorted narratives. My focus Over the course of my 15+ years of exploration of the inner world, I have worked with many different kinds of individuals, including adults, adolescents, young adults, families, and a variety of more complex situations. When a person is ready to align with their true self, there is a special alchemical reality that occurs. To initiate a therapeutic relationship means intentionally opening oneself up to the unpredictable alchemical transformations that happen during sessions-subtle shifts essential to the healing process. No predetermined factors can ignite such changes. Change can only happen when an individual is willing to risk looking deep inside themselves. It is my privilege to welcome and support anyone who finds the courage to embark on this "hero journey."
