I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for military professionals, veterans, first responders, and their families to explore the complexities of the healing process. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals who may be struggling with effects of trauma, secondary trauma, or stress related to working in a helping field. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices, such as CBT and EMDR. We will use a client-centered approach to identify and achieve your personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we will explore the impact of stress and collaborate to develop a plan for improving your quality of life. Clients typically notice positive changes and increased confidence in maintaining these changes within the first 1-2 months.
