My journey to mental healthcare I started in this field wanting to understand the family dynamics I grew up with. That understanding became a catalyst for change in my own life. I love helping people grow in whatever way I can. My goals for you I use a collaborative approach to goal setting. My first session with you I ask what brings you here. Usually, someone has been thinking about getting help for a while, and then something happens that causes them to follow through and ask for support. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
