I’ve had so many different therapists drop me because I’m to difficult or I have to much trauma or that my actual experiences I experience exactly how they are, I’m not your typical case by any means I’m chronically I’ll, and suffer from a lot of different things both physically and mentally and she makes me feel like she understand and she does support me and make accommodations to help me which nobody else has ever done”

Getting to know Stephanie Curran

I explore how trauma, biological resilience, and brain health have been impacted over time by an individual’s lifestyle and their emotional experiences throughout life. I focus on understanding how somatic tools, reframing techniques, inner child work, and lifestyle changes can help with re-engaging the sympathetic nervous system. I enjoy working with those experiencing chronic health conditions whose nervous system is overstimulated or who are dealing with chronic inflammation that affects their mood daily. I also enjoy supporting adults in developing a stronger sense of self and building healthy relationships. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Bridgewater State University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients will understand and communicate their emotional needs more effectively. They will be able to demonstrate more thoughtful self-reflection and the ability to connect more with their core self.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
