Hello! I am Stephanie Hamman, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Diana Ham, MEd., LPC-S. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My goal is to help you or your loved one find solutions to your struggles. Please note, I do not accept insurance; private pay only.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals that are dealing with: depression anxiety self-esteem issues Autism ADHD emotional regulation difficulties interpersonal issues trauma behavior issues

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to help guide you or your loved one through the problems you are struggling with and find solutions that will help you feel safe. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Master’s degree in Special Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My background includes experience as a School Counselor for 9 years working with children and adolescents, and as a Special Education teacher for 8 years. I have experience working with adolescents and children with Autism and ADHD, and I welcome helping clients that want to address specific issues that pertain to these learning differences. I understand that life can become difficult and overwhelming. Parenting can be difficult or heart-wrenching at times. Relationships take effort and energy to stay healthy, and when two people are in a relationship together, both individuals must be willing to put in the effort and energy to keep the relationship strong and healthy. I will work with you to help you find strategies and insight into how to help yourself become the best version that you want to be. Let’s work together to find peace and balance in your life. I am CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for in-person sessions in our Arlington-Mansfield offices and online-video counseling. I would love to meet you!
