Starting therapy is a big step-and it takes courage to reach out for support. If you are here, that likely means you are carrying a lot of your own, whether that's anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, or just the weight of life. You do not have to go through it alone. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning we will work together at a pace that is comfortable for you. This is a safe space for you to explore, feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will work to identify goals and strategies that move you towards healing, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. My approach In our work together, I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). With CBT, together we will look at the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will learn to identify how unhelpful patterns of thinking may be fueling your anxiety, depression, or stress-and discover new, healthier ways of responding. It's practical, focused, and gives you tools you can start applying in everyday life. With PCT, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share what you are going through. You will always set the pace, and I will meet you with empathy, understanding, and respect. The focus is on your story, your goals, and what feels the most important to you. My focus Have you been feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression, and are ready to seek support? My ideal clients are adults who may be struggling to manage daily responsibilities, relationships, or emotions and want tools to cope more effectively. Most importantly, they are open to exploring their challenges in a safe, collaborative space where healing and growth can take place. My communication style I believe that real change happens when you feel both understood and supported.
