Hi there, I'm Stephanie! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor in California with over 7 years of experience in healing practices. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. My foundational training is grounded in holistic health, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing. My approach My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines holistic, humanistic, and compassionate acceptance and commitment–centered therapy. My focus I work with clients experiencing a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also worked with many who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience working directly with youth and teens presenting with neurodivergent/special needs, behavioral issues, ADHD, complex trauma, and developing mood disorders. My communication style I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and take the first steps toward change. If you are ready, I am here to support and empower you. My journey to mental healthcare As a holistic health practitioner, I look at the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—in healing and recovery. My hope is to help clients discover that, with support, they can reach their unique highest potential and achieve their goals. I look forward to hearing from you soon. My goals for you I have gained the trust of clients and families facing immense challenges. Many elements must be considered to create a viable, realistic plan for each client to reach their goals. My first session with you I aim to cultivate trust to create hope and positive changes.
