Hi there, I'm Stephanie! I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, career difficulties, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida. My approach includes CBT, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
