My goal is to help people discover happiness and healthy living through the right amount of insight and understanding. I have a special interest in working with broken relationships, addictions, past abuse, isolation, and loneliness. I believe therapy can help overcome feelings of fear and uncertainty about life's challenges. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, I am the co-host and co-founder of the Psychology of Play Podcast, which focuses on today's topics related to improved mental health and well-being.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
